Payment correctness first
Payment state should come from trusted payment confirmation rather than client-submitted claims. An alert is only generated after verification from trusted payment-provider signals.
Security by design
Protect streamer accounts, payment connection information and overlay access tokens. Overlay URLs are designed with non-guessable, rotatable security tokens to avoid tampering.
Reliable alerts
Payment correctness remains independent from OBS or browser-source display failures. If an OBS client reconnects, missed events are replayable without duplicate financial assertions.
Intentionally simple

AI-assisted operations & lean engineering
HEIX is engineered to be operated sustainably by a compact engineering team. The system is designed to generate privacy-conscious operational summaries that can be reviewed with AI tools to help operators detect anomalous telemetry patterns and triage errors swiftly.
AI is strictly limited to non-critical diagnostic review. AI tools do NOT confirm payments, handle creator funds, modify amounts, or autonomously execute transactions. All payment verification remains strictly deterministic.
Building HEIX
HEIX is an independent, bootstrapped software project currently under active development specifically for the Vietnamese streaming ecosystem.
Most creator tooling available today was built for Western banking setups, often requiring custodial wallet holding, prolonged payout delays, and high fees. We are designing the first release of HEIX to give Vietnamese streamers a direct, reliable software layer that couples instant OBS overlays with direct-to-creator payment certainty.
We are currently finalizing the product design and preparing the first implementation.
