1. Nature of the Service
HEIX provides software infrastructure and livestream notification tooling. HEIX is not a bank, not an e-wallet, not a payment intermediary, and not a crowdfunding platform. HEIX does not take custody of donation funds. HEIX does not hold donation funds.
2. Pre-MVP Development Stage
The software is currently in active pre-MVP development and design specification. There is no active public product or live payment backend yet. Features, API interfaces, and user dashboards are subject to modification and enhancement as development progresses through the architectural roadmap.
3. Creator Responsibilities
Livestream creators using HEIX software are responsible for configuring their own payment receiving destinations and complying with all local laws and streaming platform guidelines.
4. Finalization
Formal terms covering production usage, liability limits, and operational standards will be published upon launch readiness.
