Privacy Policy

Notice: This privacy notice is preliminary and reflects the pre-MVP development stage of the HEIX software platform. Formal legal terms will be finalized and published prior to any public release.

1. Core Privacy Principle

HEIX is software infrastructure designed around direct payments between donors and creators. HEIX does not store bank account passwords, payment PINs, or confidential payment credentials. HEIX does not hold donation funds.

2. Data Handled by HEIX

During operation, the platform receives payment notification callbacks to verify donation events, including transaction references, amounts in VND, account display names (or anonymous donations), and optional donor messages. This information is processed solely to trigger OBS overlays and generate streamer reconciliation views.

3. Third-Party Services

Payment transactions occur on third-party payment rails and banking networks. Users interact directly with respective payment providers according to their own privacy terms.

4. Updates and Finalization

This document will be updated comprehensively with regulatory disclosures before public access is made available.
